Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or special-order containers

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at sales@boxlinecontainers.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. Pack the item securely to avoid damage during return transit. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
